ICAN is a free, out-of-school time program that serves East Valley youth. Since its founding in 1991, ICAN has remained dedicated to its mission to provide access to out-of-school time opportunities that empower all youth and their families to pursue what is most meaningful to them.

There are over 493,300 youth living in Arizona communities where out-of-school time programs are not accessible; ICAN’s vision is to foster statewide collaborations to close the opportunity gap for youth and their families.
