BNI Arizona is proudly owned and operated by Nate and Kelley Dominguez, who have been leading the region since 2006. Both serve as BNI Executive Directors and are deeply committed to fostering meaningful, results-driven connections across Arizona’s business community.
Nate brings a lifetime of experience to his role—not just as an Executive Director, but as someone who was raised on the principles of BNI. His father, Norm Dominguez, was one of BNI’s early leaders, and Nate grew up immersed in the organization’s core value of “Givers Gain®.” This foundation shaped his outlook on business and relationships from a young age. Today, Nate is also an active member of BNI Paragon in Paradise Valley, where he represents the category of Relationship Marketing—a perfect fit given his passion for connecting people and creating win-win partnerships.
Kelley, meanwhile, brings her own strengths to the leadership team, ensuring that BNI Arizona runs with professionalism, warmth, and a people-first mindset.
